Is it really one payment?
Yes. Stigmi is a one-time purchase for your event — no subscription, nothing recurring.
What if more guests turn up than expected?
A free event holds up to 8 guests with a camera; the plans hold 50, 100, or unlimited. If more arrive than you planned for, upgrade your event to a bigger plan whenever you like — in the app or right here, at the new plan's price. Anyone already shooting never stops.
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
Yes — the price you see is the price you pay.
Can I get a refund?
A full refund any time before your event goes live. Once guests start shooting, the service has been delivered.
