Terms of Service
Last updated May 2026
These terms govern your use of Stigmi — the website, the mobile apps, and the guest capture experience. By creating an account or buying an event, you agree to them.
1. What Stigmi is
Stigmi is a disposable-camera-style photo service for events. A couple buys an event; guests capture photos through an App Clip, Instant App, or the mobile app; the photos collect in a shared gallery the couple owns.
2. Accounts
You need an account to buy an event or to take part as a guest. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity under your account. One account works across the website and the mobile apps.
3. Buying an event
An event is a one-time purchase, priced by guest count. Prices shown are VAT-inclusive. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.
If your event reaches its guest limit, you may upgrade to a larger tier and pay only the difference.
4. Refunds
You may request a full refund any time before your event goes live. Once the event is live and guests have begun capturing photos, the service has been delivered and the purchase is non-refundable.
5. Photos and content
Photos captured at an event belong to the couple who owns that event. Guests grant the couple the right to keep, view, and download the photos they take. Stigmi processes photos only to provide the service — including generating the warm rendered version and running automatic moderation.
You must not use Stigmi to capture or share unlawful, harmful, or abusive content. We may remove content and suspend accounts that breach this.
6. Acceptable use
Use Stigmi only as intended — for genuine events. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other users' data, or circumvent guest or photo limits.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep Stigmi reliable and to protect every photo, but we provide the service “as is” and cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stigmi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the courts of Greece.
