Privacy Policy

Account details — your name and email address (or the identifier from Sign in with Apple) so you can sign in across the website and apps.

Event details — the events you create, their settings, and the guests who join them.

Photos — the photos captured at an event, including a preserved original and a warm rendered version.

Payment data — payments are handled by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of a purchase, never your full card details.

To provide the service: to run your events, collect and display photos, process payments, and keep the gallery safe through automatic moderation. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos to train models.

Every uploaded photo is checked automatically for unsafe content so the couple's gallery stays safe. Photos belong to the couple who owns the event; guests can see them only as the couple allows.

Your data is stored on Google Firebase, in the European Union. Photos are backed up across regions, because losing a wedding photo is not an option.

We keep your account and events while your account is active. An event's photos remain available to the couple after the wedding; older events move to long-term storage but stay downloadable. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time.

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, email hello@stigmi.app.

Stigmi is intended for adults arranging and attending events. It is not directed at children.

We will update this policy as Stigmi grows, and will note the date of the most recent change at the top of this page.
